Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been received. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or U.S. holidays.

Shipping

We currently ship throughout the United States. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, when available.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times vary depending on the shipping carrier and destination. While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, Rustic World LLC is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Damaged Packages

Please inspect your package upon delivery. If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at Rusticworldllc2023@gmail.com and include photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer may be subject to additional shipping charges.

Lost Packages

If your tracking information shows your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier first. If additional assistance is needed, contact us and we will do our best to help.
